F9 Email Touch Not Show The Multi Field Value In Outlook Email Body (Doc ID 2745757.1)

Symptoms

When using F9 with MS Outlook from a Quote record in custom applet Opportunity Quote List Applet applet and select a template that consist of only one Template Item based on Iteration Child Business Component for parent Quote BC the MS Outlook Client editor pop up but the email body does not show the correct template text, the substitution fields no the template item does not show the values of the Iteration Child Business Component.

It correct populate Subject and BCC, but the email body shows

This new template for Quote is based on similar template for Opportunities which works fine and use exactly same child business component.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Navigate to custom Opportunity Quote List Appletapplet
3. Click F9
4. On Comm Recipient Template Pick Applet applet select the new Template based on Quote
5. The MS Outlook pop up but the Email Body is not populated as expected.
