Symptoms


Full RR or IRR Migration fails at GetConnectString during Import process while performing migrations from source to target environment

Below are error messages can be found from migration.log and EAI object manager log files





The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Patched both DR and RR to 20.12 from 19.7 patchset
2. Try to open postman tool to perform migration from Source to Target RR environment
3. And then trying to perform FullRR or IRR with help of Siebel Business service REST API's
