Trip Report Activities Are Being Created In My Alerts View After 20.6 Upgrade (Doc ID 2747759.1)

The user is now receiving more records in 'My alerts'. These are of the record type 'Assigned Trip Reports'

These were not created in 18.x

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the assignee of a completed trip report or update the status of a trip report record (Clinical Trip reports > My Clinical Trip Report view)
2. Review the 'My alerts' view
3. Record is assigned to the new user in the 'My Alerts' screen of the changed trip report


20.6 patchset was added to an 18.x environment
