When invoking EAI HTTP Transport SendReceive method with these input and value using Siebel Business Service Simulator directly, the request is successful:

The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Use Siebel Client to simulate the EAI HTTP Transport BS SendReceive method with these inputs and value:

HDR_Content-Type :                           application/json
HTTPRequestBodyTemplate:                {"status":"APPROVED","cprId":"1234","referenceId":"512134234"}
HTTPRequestMethod:                          POST
HTTPRequestURLTemplate:                  <3rd party URL>

The above request is successful.

2. The same call is put into a workflow process. However, when the workflow process invokes the same EAI service call with the same input and argument, the reported error occurs.
