Workspace "Deliver" Option Greyed Out in Siebel Tools After Submitting the Workspace For Delivery (Doc ID 2748930.1)

Symptoms

Workspace "Deliver" button greyed out in Siebel Tools.
The only option is to deliver the Workspace using command line.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open Siebel Tools
2. Select "dev_workspace" which was already submitted for the delivery > Open
3. Click on Workspace menu > 'Deliver' option is greyed out
