Corrupted Content in COMPILED_OBJ_DEF Column in S_RR_WORKFLOW Table Crashes the Application (Doc ID 2751392.1)

It was reported that after upgrade from 16.19 to 20.9 application started to crashes in different scenarios that involved workflow executions.

Call stack extracted from dump file shows that application was crashing when trying to execute a workflow process:

The logs show two errors preceding the crash:

SBL-EAI-04110: The XML document cannot be converted into an XML hierarchy.

SBL-EAI-00246: XML Hierarchy Converter error - empty input message, an XML document was expected in <Value> for the input arguments
