Application Hangs When Open Some Specific Email Messages In Communications Screen > Communications List

Symptoms
When a Siebel user navigate to Communications List View and start going though the Email - Inbound record to see the Email Body, for a specific email message it takes about 3 minutes to the Email Body show up and the Siebel Application only hang during this time.
The email that causes the issue has a large HTML email body with lost of blank sections, but is a valid email message.
The issue can be reproduced at will when trying to show some specific email messages and following these steps to show them:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Navigate to Site Map > Communications > Communications List
3. Start going through the records to verify the Email Body of the inbound emails.
4. A specific email message cause the Application to hang for about 3 minutes until it return and show the email body.
