REST API With WF: EAI Component Goes Down with Error SBL-JCA-00303 and SBL-JCA-00208 When Any Invalid Request is Used (Doc ID 2763964.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute REST API With WF providing invalid request, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"ERROR": "OMRPC Request 5 was abandoned after 4707 ms. Connection: 130000b due to connection shutdown request Connection reset(SBL-JCA-00303)"

During this time the component goes down.

"ERROR": "Error occurred while login for user : sadmin Parameter {0} is null(SBL-JCA-00208)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Follow the document "How To Test Siebel IP2016 and 17+ RESTFul Services API(Doc ID 2193144.2) >> 7. RESTFul Service Demos >> Siebel RESTFul API Query for Workflow Process  to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a WS in Siebel Tools and Import the BS and WF provided in the document.
2. Add this custom business service to the view:

   Sitemap > Administration - Application screen > Business Service Access

   Add the Business Service and Responsibility:

   Business Service: REST Invoke BS

   Responsibility: Siebel Administrator

3. Edit the WF process

4. Change the EAI Account Process Property Data Type from Integration Object to String

5. Deliver the WS

6. Open Post man and execute the URL
