Symptoms
On 20.11 version it was reported that Smart Label functionality (Responsive Label) is not working.
This functionality is described in IP2017 UI Enhancements (Doc ID 2452076.2)-> Smart label section.
When "Enable Responsive Label" system preference is set to Y, the fields labels in form applets should be inside the field when the field is empty.
Instead wrong behavior was found in 20.11: the labels were outside the fields even if "Enable Responsive Label" was set to Y and server was restarted.
