Email Outbound Activity Is Created With Incomplete Message In The Comments In S_EVT_ACT (Doc ID 2764785.1)

Symptoms

Sending Email using HTML Template is creating Email Outbound Activity with Incomplete Message in Comments Field(S_EVT_ACT)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

>1.Set up Mail driver and profile for SMTP in Administration - Communications >Drivers and Profiles View

2.Create HTML Template in Adminstration- Communications Screen,All Templates View

3.Tag the template to Service Request Business Object by populating Object name in the Template created in step 2

4.Go to Service Request Screen,Service Request List Applet.Click On F9

5. Email - outbound activity is created but the comments field is not populated with complete text in the HTML Template
