Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Partial translation at the application level.
One example is the calendar that has month in one language and day in another one.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The header should be in English instead of the local language.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application
2. Go to Administration - Server Configuration > Servers
3. Select Call Center Object Manager (ENU) and go to Parameters
4. Search for OM - Resource Language Code and set the value to DEU
5. Restart the component
6. Login into the application
7. On the homepage, we can see the calendar has the month in DEU
