After updating Siebel to Siebel CRM 20.12 or later, the Siebel User Interface shows the following:

Form Applet check boxes show slider controls instead of regular check boxes:

List Applets shows additional first column with check box for record selection AND records set bar is missing AND more than 10 records show up in the list applet:
