Symptoms

On a Development environment, an error appears when executing a custom Outbound REST Webservice based on the PUT verb.
Note that another GET based Outbound REST Webservice is working fine.

Error reported was:

Steps to replicate that issue:
1. Deploy that Outbound REST web service;
2. (From Business Service Simulator) Test that in a scenario involving a GET verb request; see that completes fine;
3. (From Business Service Simulator) Test that in a scenario involving a PUT verb request; see that completes with error;
