Dates In Application UI Are Different From The Dates In The Database for EIM records (Doc ID 2769773.1)

Incorrect date format seen in UI against the same date in database for records loaded through EIM only.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load data into EIM through CSV
2. Data is loaded into EIM_CL_ACT_LS and the date format is correct
3. Data is imported into S_EVT_ACT and the date format is correct in the database
4. However, the same record in UI is having incorrect date in the UI.
