"Hide Text" Feature Is Not Available In Web Tools Workflow Editor

"Hide text" feature is not working in WebTools workflow editor.
Connector text should be gone in case "Hide text" option is selected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel Tools
2. Go to the Workflow Editor
3. When the WF is opened, right-click on a connector
4. Select Edit > Hide Text > Select it
5. When opening the same context in WebTools, the connector is still displaying the text.
