Repository Objects Details Are Not Retrieved at UI Level via Picklist in 20.X RR (Doc ID 2772643.1)

Unable to get Repository Objects details at UI level via Picklist in the RR environment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Application
2. Navigate to "<custom> List Applet"
3. Click on Field Name, which opens "<custom> Integration Component Field Name PickList"
4. This Picklist should get all field Names under a particular Integration Component of an Integration Object
5. The Picklist is empty, i.e. the Picklist is not returning any values from "Repository Integration Component Field" BC
6. When running the query generated directly against the DR and RR Environments' DB, the same happens: the rows are returned for the DR, but not RR.
