"Iterate Process For Selected Rows" Performance Problem, When Customer Account Has > 1M Assets (Doc ID 2773515.1)

When running the BS "Iterate Process For Selected Rows" method of "SIS OM PMT Service" BS., the SQL generated takes a long time to run

The SQL is considered long running, so needs review by Support

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  a. Navigate to Account -> Installed Assets
  b. Select multiple asset and click on Modify button.

The SQL takes a long time and depending upon the number of assets, this increases with the number of assets
