Importing Workflow XML File Is Throwing Error SBL-DAT-00381 When Workflow With Same Name Is Already Available (Doc ID 2775140.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Import a Workflow XML from Siebel Tools, If there is a workflow with the same name Below Error is coming up:


6) When the same workflow is exported as a sif file and re-imported, sif import works properly and tries to update existing workflow record.

7.) Also, If a workflow is in "Not In Use" status and "Inactive" flag is set to Y, It is not possible to edit or rename these workflows.
