Symptoms
While applying a patch on 20.1 Siebel environment where Oracle Database Partitioning was implemented it failed at PostInstallDB Setup with below error in import_cus_schema.log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to apply 21.4 patch on 20.1 Siebel environment where Oracle Database Partitioning was done
2. While applying patch PostInstallDB Setup will be executed
3. Notice PostInstallDB Setup process completed successfully or not
