Migration Application Is Apparently Hanging After Submitting a Full Migration in Asynchronous Mode on the Target Environment (Doc ID 2776786.1)

Symptoms

When submitting a full migration on the target environment to process the import it simply hangs on the Schema Service import step.
Even waiting for hours there is no progress on the execution.

The ddlimport_<hash>.log file located under migration/<transaction_id>/log directory is empty with 3 KB size.
