Siebel Time Zone For Samoa Is Incorrect (Doc ID 2777412.1)

Symptoms

The Siebel Time Zone definition for Samoa Time Zone is incorrect.

It shows UTC-11 where it should be UTC+13 as per changes made on 29 December 2011 for Samoa Time Zone.

The issue can be verified on :

  1. Login to Siebel Application

  2. Navigate to Site Map > User Preferences > Profile

  3. Click on Time Zone field and search for Samoa time zone

  4. It shows (GMT-11:00) Midway Island, Samoa

  5. But correct Time Zone should be (UTC+13:00) Samoa
