Unable To Query Workflows by "Replication Level", "Monitoring Level", Or "Analytic Level" on Monitoring Configuration Applet

Symptoms
Users are unable to query a Workflow Process with a specific "Replication Level", "Monitoring Level", or "Analytic Level" on the button applet "Monitoring Configuration" as shown in the screenshot below.
NOTE: The query option is available on Siebel 20.6 or early versions as shown in the screenshot below. Follow the steps below:
1.Navigate into Administration - Business Process > Repository Workflow Process
2. On the button applet "Process Deployment" > You are able to query for Monitoring Level, "1 - Status", "2 - Progress", "3 - Detail" or "4 - Debug".
Step to Reproduce the issue:
On Siebel 20.7 or later version:
1.Navigate into Administration - Business Process > Workflow Monitoring Configuration Screen
2. On the button applet "Monitoring Configuration", the query functionality for a Replication Level, Monitoring Level or Analytic Level is not available.
