Siebel Certificate Error NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID While Using Multiple Certificates (Doc ID 2780369.1)

Symptoms

While setting up new environment, due to internal Security Policy 2 CA's were used. Once the new certificates were imported into the same to the key store.
After restart of services while accessing the UI, instead of picking up the web server certificate, the application server certificate  is sued and browser is showing certificate error.
