Symptoms

After update to Siebel CRM 21.3 or later the Email Response module stop working. The Internet SMTP/IMAP or POP3 driver using the new 64-bit driver introduced in Siebel CRM 21.3 Update is not able to pull emails from the mail boxes configured for the Siebel email Response Groups.

The error observed on Communications Inbound Receiver (CommInboundRcvr component alias) log files is:

ObjMgrLog    Error    1    00000009608b1c18:0    2021-04-30 12:17:00    (httptransport.cpp (1815)) SBL-EAI-04117: HTTP Request error during 'Submitting Data SendHTTP request': 'Status code - 404'
