Symptoms

1- When trying to run a process such as Product Validation in the UI which will invoke the Workflow 'PSP Driver Workflow Process' Workflow for Pricing, the following error is occurring:

We confirmed that in the WF Process the Steps Get Row Set > Set Pricing Date > Dispatch Service were all connected

This error was reported in Bug 32488678 - WORKFLOW THROWING GENERIC ERROR MESSAGES INSTEAD OF ACTUAL ERROR

 

Changes

1- Upgrade from IP15 to Siebel CRM 20.x

2- Workflow Process Design changes
