Symptoms
On : 21.5 version, Siebel EAI
After a fresh installation of version 21.5 any attempt to use XML conversion or XSLT transformations such as a call to Business Service: Siebel XSL To XML Converter results in the following error:
Class name incorrect or does not extend SiebelBusinessService : com/siebel/integration/utilforjbs/XMLUtils -- JVM Exception:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/siebel/integration/utilforjbs/XMLUtils(SBL-EAI-05010)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke a workflow with a step that calls EAI XSLT Service business service.
2. The error appears in the component log file (WfProcmgr, SCCObjMgr_enu, JMSReceiver, etc)
Changes
Install 21.5 or higher.
