Symptoms

Indexing of Accounts , Contacts  failing  with error SBL-EAI-04311: Operation 'SiebelSearchService_CREATESCHEMA' is expecting a response but no response was received.

 Replication Steps 

-1.  Configure siebel search for elastic server as per Configuring Siebel Search for Third-Party Search Engines 

-2.  Navigate to Administration - search ->Search Index Setting 

-3. Add Contacts , Accounts etc

-4. Click on Index All
