Symptoms
Inbound Email activity record comment is not readable for some specific emails.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive an email in Siebel
2. Go to Activities list applet
3. Comments field from Activities contain HTML/CSS tags instead of the actual content of the email
