After Running an EIM Job to Load LOVs, the LOV Records Were Active in Main and Inactive in Integration Workspaces (Doc ID 2795480.1)

After running an EIM job to load LOVs, the LOV records were only active in Main, which was the target workspace.

LOV records loaded to the integration workspaces were inactive and not visible to users.

Steps to Replicate:

1. create 2 INT workspaces in tools.

2. load a new LOV value to an existing LOV Type using EIM

e.g:

This does NOT mimic the GUI behavior which is to set ACTIVE_FLG=Y for the LOV records on all workspaces.
