"Handshake Failed" Status On One Siebel Application Servers When Listing All the Servers on the Siebel Web Client or srvrmgr, depending from which Siebel Server you list the servers. (Doc ID 2795841.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to go to Site Map > Administration - Server Management > Enterprises > Servers, it list 2 of the Siebel Server, but when the Siebel Web Client session is on SERVER_1 it shows Status "HandShake Failed" for Siebel Server SERVER_2, for SERVER_1 it shows Running.

Now if the user login to the Siebel Web Client on SERVER_2 both Siebel Servers show as Running as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open a Siebel Web Client and make sure user session is on Siebel Server SERVER_1

2. Site Map > Administration - Server Management > Enterprises > Servers

3. The list of Siebel Servers show 2 Siebel Server as expected, but Status of SERVER_2 shows "Handshake Failed"

4. Same behavior is observed when using srvrmgr and "list servers" command from SERVER_1

On ServerMgr_xxxx_xxxx.log on SERVER_2 the following error is observed:
