Test Automation Generate Script Shows "0 Script(s) Generated." In One Environment But Works Fine On Another Environment Both Using The Same NON ENU language (Doc ID 2797921.1)

Symptoms

The Siebel user is not able to generate Test Scripts after update from Siebel CRM 19.11 to Siebel CRM 20.12 on a Test environment using SVE Swedish language.

This is not a multi language environment, although seed data for ENU is also installed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Application using ?SWECmd=AutoOn

2. Open the Recording panel clicking on Camcorder icon on top right corner.

3. Click on Start recording and execute some navigation within Siebel Web Applicaiton

4. Open the Recording panel again and click Stop recording.

5. After that click on Generate button and it show pop up  message: "SBL-APS-52027: 0 skript genererades"

Translating the message to English : SBL-APS-52027: 0 Script(s) Generated.

There is no .csv files been generated on upt folder after the user click on Generated and even after Logout and closing the Object Manager session when any Test Script not generate will be saved on upt folder under siebsrvr folder.

The following pattern could be observed on the Object Manager log files with all event trace high while recording:
