GetFile Extracts Some Files To A Different Folder (Doc ID 2798043.1)

Symptoms

Accrding the following knowledge document, GetFile method is supposed to extract files to <ses>\siebsrvr\temp folder.

Accessing File Attachments Through Siebel VB, Siebel eScript, and Siebel Object Interfaces (Doc ID 475513.1)

It says as below:

The file will be placed in the following location, depending upon the Siebel application version you are running and the client on which the script is invoked:

    Using the Siebel Web Client: the file will be placed in the temp directory on the Siebel Server machine.

But some files were not found under <ses>\siebsrvr\temp folder after GetFile is run successfully for several service request attachments.
