For the file upload control, does Siebel implement any of these features?

1. Is the file size restricted? What is the size limit?
2. Is there a limit set to restrict the filename length?
3. Is there a allowlist to only allow expected characters in filenames? E.g. alphanumeric or alphabets- is there a check for Syntax and Semantics?
4. Is there a allowlist to only allow expected extensions? E.g. .pdf
5. Is it checked to ensure that double extensions are not allowed?
6. Can it be verify that filenames do not contain special characters e.g. '
