Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Siebel application has been upgraded from IP2014 to 21.7 from IP2014. After the upgrade, when users are simulating a workflow process with the Workflow Monitor Level set to debug-04 mode, it encounters an error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Increase the monitoring level for workflow
2. Trigger workflow using workflow process manager business service simulator
3. Verify you are able to monitor or not
