Unable To Login Migration Application After Changing Password For Siebel User ID Used To Login To Migration Application. (Doc ID 2809960.1)

Symptoms

After change the password for Migration Application User ID to match complex password for Migration Application User ID in Production environment that uses LDAP, the Migration Application User ID fails to connect to Migration Application.

Before a simple password was used with 8 characters. But as now Repository changes needs to be migrated to Production environment using synchronous Migration AND Production environment uses LDAP authentication for EAIObjMgr component, the administrator decided to change the user id password on the Database for Development and Test environment to match the LDAP complex password from Production

The Migration Application has been deployed into the Application Interface in Pre-Production environment and migration application User Id password changed on the Database to match the LDAP complex password, but after that the following error show up in migration.log and migration user is not able to open the Migration Application anymore:

 

Changes

The password for Siebel User Id used for Migration Application changed to complex password to match the LDAP password used in Production environment.
