Cannot Load Active Business Component On Product Configurator UI

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to select done in Product eConfigurator Page UI,
the following error occurs.
Cannot Load Active Business Component (SBL-ORD-00116)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Sales Order
2. Create a new Sales Order
3. Go to Line Items
4. Add Product as Line Item
5. Select Customize and select Products
6. Select Done Button in eConfigurator UI.
