Symptoms

When using Siebel Tools to import a 3rd party test.JSON file to create proxy objects for an Outbound REST API, it fails to create the objects and generates error messages instead.

The error message that occurs with this issue is the following:

4. The Siebel Tools siebdev.log file will show the full details as outlined in the error message section.
