Symptoms
Business Component user properties values are stored in "Repository Business Component User Prop" Business Component.
Custom scripting implemented to read values from "Repository Business Component User Prop" Business Component. This is an implementation since Siebel IP 2014.
In IP 2017 and later, custom script is unable to retrieve information from "Repository Business Component User Prop" Business Component only in Siebel 20.x RR environment.
However, the same script can get the values in DR environment.
Changes
Siebel upgraded from IP 2014 to 20.10 patch update.
