Unable to Display Custom Theme in Behavior View Dropdown Unless Typed Manually (Doc ID 2815546.1)

Symptoms

Following the creation of a custom theme, it is not displaying in Behavior view dropdown unless the theme name is typed manually.
The custom theme file is loaded into the application.
The issue is not for a particular custom theme, but for all custom themes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom theme, by adding a corresponding .css file into custom directory.
2. Make the necessary entries in Manifest files and Manifest administration.
3. Make the necessary entries in LOVs.
4. After clearing cache, and restarting Siebel application, custom themes are not displayed in Behavior view dropdown.
5. Users have to manually key-in the custom theme names, for them to take effect.


 

Changes

 Creation of new custom themes introduced the reported issue.
