Intermittently Srvrmgr Connectivity From Linux Servers Shows "Handshake Failed" For Windows Siebel Server . It is heterogeneous environment where 2 Siebel servers installed on linux and one Siebel Server with CommSrvr component enabled on Windows.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Siebel 8.1.1.14 enterprise installed with 2 Linux servers & one windows server
2. Intermittently, while trying to connect with srvrmgr from Linux servers, windows server shows "Handshake Failed"
3. After some time, it works without any issues
