OpenUI: Sub Menu Items Under Application Menu not Visible On Mobile Device Using Chrome

Sub-menu items under the application menu are not visible on mobile devices using Chrome which can be replicable using mobile simulator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application (mobile simulator)
2. Navigate to Application Menu ->View
3. In the View item, select "Action Pane". Once user move the cursor on this item it shows "Search, iHelp and Tasks" in normal desktop, but in mobile simulator user is not able to see sub-menu items
