Profile Attributes Are Not Getting Set From Personalization Profile BC (Doc ID 2819420.1)

Profile attributes are not getting set from Personalization Profile BC.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Open Siebel Tools.
In Position BC add "Custom Org" field based on join on S_BU.
In Personalization Profile added "Custom Org" based on Join on S_BU (This will be login User Position Org)
On Position BC add search spec GetProfileAttr("Custom Org") = [Custom Org]
On Personalization Profile add new field "Custom MVL Org" based on MVL. MVL should be based on Position BC.
Open the application and query in the console for javascript:alert(theApplication().GetProfileAttr("Custom MVL Org"))
Nothing is returned.
