Adding a custom PM to an MVG Applet scrambles the UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

CONTEXT:

1. Add a sample PM to Applet "Account Address Mvg Applet"

STEPS | NAVIGATION:

1. Open the Application
2. Go to Accounts > add an Account
3. In the bottom Form Applet, select the Address MVG

RESULTS | FINDINGS:

The MVG is scrambled, i.e. the pop-up is moved up on the UI, and there is a blank space at the bottom. No controls can be accessed apart from OK. If the MVG is closed and opened a second time, everything is back to normal.
