External Business Component (EBC) Changes are not Reflected after Migration - Error SBL-DAT-00373 (Doc ID 2820756.1)

Symptoms

EBC Changes are not reflected in Production after Siebel Application Migration and following error is seen in target environment as DataSource name is defined as GRPEBSP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Source Environment using siebel tools modify EBC Datasource from GRPEBST to GRPEBSP
2. Deliver workspace with changes in step 1.
3. Perform Siebel Application Migration
4. Access View were EBC is defined, still getting errors related to Datasource not found.
