Deployment of Siebel ‘.Jar’ Files Failing with Error [J2EE:160177] under Web-logic While Doing Bi Publisher Integration (Doc ID 2824946.1)

When attempting to deploy the Siebel ‘.jar’ files under WebLogic server is getting failed with below error.

Steps to replicate the error:

Login into the WebLogic server
Click on 'Deployments'.
Select 'Lock & Edit'.
Select on 'Install' button. And select the directory, where the .jar library file is located.
Select the directory, where the modified.jar files exists, after that select the .jar file that is to be deployed.
Select Install the deployment as a application and click on Next button.
