Symptoms

When attempting to login to the Siebel Migration Application with a user other than SADMIN with all business services added for the responsibility of the user, login fails and the below errors are seen when accessing the application.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a user similar to SADMIN without Siebel Administrator Responsibility and instead create new responsibility with access to the migration business services
2. Setup the same user in both source and target environment
3. Test to see if the migration application is accessible with the new user
