Symptoms

PostInstallDBSetup fails at SeedSchemaManifest Upgrade step with below error in console_SeedSchemaManifestUpgrade.txt:

Starting for each build
Running for <version>
Error in Executing Command
Failed
ERROR: Command Execution failed. Please check $ses\siebsrvr/log/PostInstallDBSetup_<date>/SeedSchemaManifest/<version>/import_schema_sif.log for details

 

A call stack is indicated in import_schema_sif.log after below SQL query:

 Apply a newer version of Siebel Update, from Siebel 21.5 to 21.12.
