Siebel Full RR Export Fails Due to MaxTasks Set to 1 for the REST Inbound Defaults Object Manager (Doc ID 2847576.1)

Symptoms

While executing FullRR Export, repository export is failing and the following behavior will be observed in the migration log file:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SMC and configure the Application Interface Profile to use an Object Manager (in the REST Inbound Defaults section) with MaxTasks set to 1.
2. Login to SMA
3. Create the FullRR Migration plan
4. Execute the plan.
5. The behavior will be observed.
