Is there Any Documentation About REST API Calls Made By Siebel Management Console (SMC) To Manage, Configure and Monitor Siebel Application? (Doc ID 2847636.1)

Is there any Documentation about the REST API calls made by Siebel Management Console (SMC) to Siebel Enterprise to enhance customer monitoring, management, configure Siebel Enterprise? 

For example Siebel Administrators use Server Manager Command Line to stop/start Components or Component Tasks or to verify the status of a particular Siebel Component, but it was notice that new Siebel Management Console (SMC) execute these operations through REST API calls which are NOT documented.

These would be a powerful way to automate Siebel Administration tasks.
