How to Fix Application Object Manager Log Filled with Error Message "Field Evaluation Status is not activated in BusComp Quote" ? (Doc ID 2849059.1)

Symptoms

When navigating to "Product Catalog View CXPRM" view in Siebel PartnerPortal application, the following error occurs and AOM log file filled with this error intern causes application server free memory issues.

Line 257847: GenericLog GenericError 1 0000002e61fb46a4:0 2022-02-03 00:37:41 Field Evaluation Status is not activated in BusComp Quote.
Line 257849: GenericLog GenericError 1 0000002e61fb46a4:0 2022-02-03 00:37:41 Field Evaluation Status is not activated in BusComp Quote.
Line 257851: GenericLog GenericError 1 0000002e61fb46a4:0 2022-02-03 00:37:41 Field Evaluation Status is not activated in BusComp Quote.
Line 257853: GenericLog GenericError 1 0000002e61fb46a4:0 2022-02-03 00:37:41 Field Evaluation Status is not activated in BusComp Quote.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel PartnerPortal application  
2. Navigate to "Product Catalog View CXPRM" view
